This is a simple, on the go recipe. This chia pudding is quick and easy to make.
Serving: 1 jar per person
Time: 15 minutes
You will need:
– Chia seeds (I used about 3-4 tablespoons per jar)
– Almond or soy milk (to fill about 3/4 of the jar)
– Your choice of fruit
The quantity of each ingredient depends on the size of the jar you use, but the steps are the same. Put the chia seeds into the jar, add the milk, a bit of honey (if your milk is sweetened then put less honey), and leave in the fridge to set. Some people leave their chia puddings over night but I find that even 10-15 minutes does the trick! You’ll know it’s ready when the pudding is no longer liquid as the chia seeds absorb the milk and grow, making the pudding much denser. Add your fruit and granola and you’re done.
